Steel isn't just a material—it's a philosophy. With 15 years of manufacturing experience, I've watched trends come and go, but steel remains the heart of true bicycle craftsmanship. Steel offers a highly customizable, responsive ride that complements any rider. It smooths out rough roads, provides exceptional durability, and can be repaired if damaged.
Steel is the most durable frame material, no matter what marketing would have you believe. It has the highest resistance to cyclical fatigue of any weldable metal. Titanium can be good but in my years working for some of the biggest titanium bike manufacturers, I’ve seen hundreds, if not thousands, of cracked titanium frames. Over time, constant flexing can make some metal alloys brittle and ultimately crack. Steel has the highest fatigue resistance, aka durability, of any weldable material - marketing be damned, science backs this up. Steel is the perfect material for a frame that is going to ridden for a lifetime.
Steel is the most recycled material on earth. It’s hard to buy steel that doesn’t have portion of recycled steel in it. When a steel frame has reached the end of the road it can be recycled and turned into basically anything else. A new bike frame, a car, a can, or steel beams for buildings, steel can be recycled indefinitely. Other materials have their place, and I’m not judging you for the bike you ride, but from a recycling standpoint, steel is king.
Our frames aren't just manufactured; they're engineered with purpose. Drawing from my background at leading industry manufacturers and years of hands-on experience, I create frames that aren't just transportation, but companions for your cycling journey.

Because most frames are customized in some way, weight will vary. Generally speaking a gravel frame will weigh between 3.5 - 4.5 pounds. For reference, that is about the same as a high quality titanium frame. Carbon fiber and aluminum frames will typically be about 1/2 pound lighter, though some frames may be as much as 1.5 pounds lighter. Thought it would be heavier? Marketing is a powerful thing.
The parts that you put on the bike make up about 80% of the total weight. A complete bike weight will vary based on the frame size and what you’re using it for, but a typical gravel bike will between 20-25 pounds. A road bike will be a bit lighter, a mountain bike will be heavier.

Steel frames are like fine instruments—they require care, but reward you generously. In addition to external coatings, every frame is treated with an internal rust preventative coating before leaving the shop to ensure that your bike lasts as long as you.
Maintenance Recommendations:
Regular cleaning after rides
Periodic frame inspection
Proper storage techniques
Annual professional assessment
To maximize longevity:
Avoid prolonged moisture exposure, like storing outside
Use gentle cleaning products. Bike wash, or diluted dish soap is fine
Address any paint chips immediately
Store in a temperature-controlled environment, aka inside
-
Manufacturing locally isn't just a choice—it's a commitment:
Local Impact:
Supporting Colorado's manufacturing ecosystem
Reducing transportation emissions
Ensuring direct quality control
Maintaining American craftsmanship traditions
We're not just building frames; we're building community.

I built this logo like I build bike frames: with exact measurements and zero wasted motion. Every line serves a purpose.
The circle represents continuous movement. The hidden "G" and "B" aren't decorative—they're functional. The triangular shape echoes the Greek Delta (Δ), symbolizing change. For me that change is transformation and forward progress. Just like a well-engineered bicycle frame, nothing here is accidental.
I designed this myself. One draft. Precise angles. Clean execution.
No fancy stories. Just intentional design.
